Hergom Fireplaces in Cape Town

Hergom is a Spanish maker of cast iron stoves. Cast iron warms up slowly and keeps giving off heat long after the fire dies down, which makes these stoves a good fit for long Cape Town winter evenings. Our team supplies and installs Hergom fireplaces across Cape Town and the Western Cape.

The Hergom range

Which size do you need?

The E-30 S suits a medium lounge, the E-30 M and E-40 suit larger rooms, and the E-30 L heats a big open-plan space. Read our guide on cast iron vs steel wood stoves to see why cast iron holds heat longer, or send us your room size and photos for a recommendation.

Installed properly

Cast iron stoves are heavy, so we check the floor and hearth before fitting and use the correct flue, cowl and roof flashing for Cape Town weather. See our fireplace installation in Cape Town page for how it works, or browse all freestanding fireplaces.
