Sometimes. If the old tiles are flat, firmly stuck and the floor height allows it, tiling over can work. If they are loose, cracked or hollow, we lift them first. We check this at the site visit.
You are welcome to buy your own tiles, or we can help you choose and order them. Either way we tell you how many to get, with extra for cuts and breakages.
Yes. Showers and wet areas are waterproofed before any tiles go on. It is the part you cannot see, and the part that stops leaks and damp later.
