Description
The SAFire Canto Two is a built in gas fireplace with two glass faces: a front panel and a side panel on the right-hand side. That two side fireplace layout makes it a natural fit for a corner or the end of a dividing wall, where the flames can be seen from more than one angle. It works well in lounges, kitchens and dining rooms, and in restaurants and hotels.

No chimney needed
The Canto Two is flueless, so there is no chimney or flue to build. That opens up spots in the home where a wood fire would be hard to install, and keeps the building work simple.
Clean, safe gas heat
CleanBurn technology keeps emissions low, and gas use is modest. A Flame Failure Device shuts off the gas if the flame goes out. It is designed for a room with proper ventilation and is not suitable for bedrooms or bathrooms.
Two sizes
- 1200 model: 12kW, rated for about 115 m2
- 1700 model: 16kW, rated for about 154 m2
The steel unit comes in black or white, so it can blend in or stand out against your cladding.
Is the Canto Two right for your home?
Pick the 1200 for a medium lounge or kitchen area, and the 1700 for a larger open-plan room. Does the SAFire Canto Two need a chimney?
No. It is a flueless gas fireplace, so no chimney or flue is needed. The room must have good ventilation, and it should not go into a bedroom or bathroom.
Which side has the glass?
The side panel is on the right-hand side, next to the front glass. It suits a corner where you look at the fire from the front and from the right.
