It drops into the existing firebox and turns it into a flueless gas fire you can light with a click. You keep the two-way view of the flames and lose the wood, ash and smoke.

Made for retrofits
The grate is designed to fit into a traditional double sided wood-burning fireplace, or into a housing you build for it. There is room underneath for the gas pipe to come in out of sight. It comes in two sizes, 700 mm and 800 mm, so it suits most openings.
Strong, efficient heat
Rated at 11kW, the grate heats indoor areas of up to about 132 m2, or 438 m³ of room volume. Because it is flueless, the chimney is closed off and the heat stays in the room instead of going up and out.
Safe and simple
A piezo spark lights the burner. An ODS (oxygen depletion sensor) safety system shuts the gas off if oxygen levels in the room drop. The grate is made from stainless steel and black mild steel with heat-resistant coatings, and decorative stones come in the box, with black coals as standard.
