3–5 working days from payment. Every unit is crated in our Cape Town warehouse and sent with an insured courier, so a cracked panel or dented flue section is replaced at our cost, not yours.
No — and we won't pretend to. Sweeping is annual maintenance work that belongs with a certified local chimney sweep in George or Knysna. We supply flue kits, cowls and spares by courier, and we'll tell you exactly what to ask your sweep to inspect.
