XXL FLAT ROOF FLASHING (SILICONE) 254-457MM BASE: 630MM*630MM  is made of Silicone which is a special sort of synthetic rubber. Our silicone flashings have been tested to high temperature resistance of up to 260°C intermittent (for short periods) and 225°C continuous (for longer periods). Silicone can withstand the elements and does not disintegrate when exposed to the sun. We include silicon flashing in our flue kit for guaranteed quality waterproofing.
