Description
The XXL Flat Roof Flashing (YS05) seals the gap where a large flue comes out through a flat roof, so rain stays outside and your ceiling stays dry. It is made from silicone, a tough synthetic rubber, and suits big braai flues and wide chimney pipes from 254 mm up to 457 mm.

Why choose silicone flue flashing?
As a flat roof flashing, silicone stays flexible, grips the flue snugly and does not crack or perish in strong sun, which matters on a Cape Town roof. The large square base sits flat on the roof and gives room to seal it down well against wind-driven winter rain.
Fitting note
Cut the cone to just under your flue size so it stretches tight, then seal and fix the base to the roof. Can I use it on a pitched roof?
It is made for flat roofs. For pitched tile or IBR roofs we use a flashing designed for the slope. Send us a photo of your roof and we will advise.
