Small flues still need a proper seal. The XS flat roof flashing is a compact silicone flashing for gas fire flues, small stove flues and vents from 70mm up to 178mm through a flat roof. It stays flexible, takes high heat and will not break down in the sun.

Where to use it
Use this flashing for flat roof flue exits where a metal flashing plate would be hard to seal. The cone is trimmed to the flue size and the flat base is bonded and sealed to the roof surface, giving a neat, watertight finish. It is a simple silicone roof flashing for small flues. Can I use it on a sloped roof?
It is designed for flat roofs, where the base lies level. For pitched tile or sheet roofs, choose one of our slope flashings so the base can follow the roof angle.
