This wall mount gas fireplace has clean lines and a stainless steel firebox, and it hangs straight onto the wall, so it works in a lounge, dining room, entrance hall or entertainment area. Flueless, so it goes where you want it
The Chanterie burns cleanly enough to run without a flue. That frees you from roof penetrations and lets you place the fire on almost any suitable wall in a ventilated room. It is designed for indoor use, but not for bedrooms or bathrooms.
Three widths, three heat levels
Choose the size that suits your wall and your room:
- 1100 model: 25 x 110 x 60 cm, 11.2kW, rated for about 108m²
- 1300 model: 25 x 130 x 60 cm, 12kW, rated for about 115m²
- 1800 model: 25 x 180 x 60 cm, 16kW, rated for about 154m²
At only 25 cm deep, every size stays slim on the wall.
Safety and clean burning
SAFire fits CleanBurn technology for low emissions and a flame failure device that cuts the gas if the flame goes out. Gas use is modest, and you can choose manual or remote ignition.
Make the fire your own
Finish the burner bed with black lava rock, a wood log set or white crushed river rock, and pick a black or white frame to match your decor.
Is the Chanterie right for your home?
The heating figures above come from SAFire, so the 1100 suits a typical lounge and the 1800 is better for large open-plan rooms. Because it is flueless, the room needs proper ventilation. Does a wall hanging fireplace on gas need a chimney?
No. The Chanterie is flueless, so there is no chimney, flue or cowl to install. It does need a well-ventilated room, and it should not go into a bedroom or bathroom.
Can the SAFire Chanterie WallArt run on a gas bottle?
It runs on LP gas through a fixed gas line, which can come from bottles outside your home. Our registered installer plans the bottle position, regulator and pipe route on site.
