Description
The LG Slope Roof Flashing (YS06) is the seal that keeps rain out where your flue leaves the roof. It is made from EPDM, a tough synthetic rubber that does not perish in the sun, and it fits insulated flues from 200 to 275mm on sloped roofs.

Why EPDM flashing works
A rubber roof flashing like this flexes to follow the profile of your tiles or sheeting, so it seals tightly where a rigid plate would leave gaps. EPDM stands up to UV and heat, which means it will not crack after a few Cape summers. It is the same flue flashing we use on most of our own installations and in our flue kits.
Fitting notes
The large base gives plenty of overlap under the tiles or sheets above it. Use it with an insulated flue only, and follow the clearances for your fireplace. For a guaranteed watertight finish, let our flue installation team fit it with the right sealant and storm collar.
Which roof flashing plate do I need?
Pick by flue size and roof shape. This one is for sloped roofs with 200 to 275mm flues. Smaller flues and flat roofs need a different size, which you will find in our roof flashing range and the full flues and accessories section.
