Cast iron that holds its heat
At 162 kg, the Orleans insert is a solid piece of cast iron. It takes time to warm up, then keeps releasing heat long after the flames settle, which gives you a steady room temperature and fewer trips to the wood pile.
Designed to build in
The flat top lets our builders set a lintel straight above the unit, so the finished wall looks clean and tidy. The insert measures 45.7 x 69.5 x 58.8 cm and connects to a 180 mm flue through the top. That larger flue suits the strong draw needed for a 10 to 14kW fire.
A clear view of the fire
The large glass front turns the fire into a feature, whether you finish the wall in plaster, stone or tile. It burns wood only, at a rated efficiency of 71 percent.
Is the K7 Orleans right for your home?

Often, yes. Many older open fireplaces can take an insert once the opening is checked and a new 180 mm flue liner is run up the chimney. We measure on site to confirm it fits.

It carries a 5-year limited guarantee. Our team registers the installation details for you, so keep your invoice and installation certificate in a safe place.
Does it need a special hearth?
It needs a non-combustible base and correct clearances to any wood or timber nearby. We plan these into the cladding design from the start.
