One fire, two rooms and a fan to move the heat around: that is the idea behind the Hydrofire Algora DF. This DF version is a double sided steel insert that shows the fire through glass on both sides, and a built-in fan pushes warm air out into the space instead of letting it sit around the firebox.

Double sided view
As a double sided fireplace insert, the Algora is built into a wall between two areas, such as a lounge and dining room. Both sides get the glow of the flames and a share of the heat, which makes it a good room divider in open-plan homes.
Fan assisted heating
The fan draws air around the hot steel body and sends it back into the room. Warmth spreads more evenly and reaches further corners, so you are not just hot right in front of the glass.
Strong, efficient output
At 12.5kW with an efficiency of 73.5 percent, the Algora gives plenty of heat while burning less wood than an open hearth. It runs on wood and vents through a 150 mm flue from the top.
