Flueless means flexible placement
Because it is a flueless gas fireplace, there is no pipe going up through the ceiling and roof. That opens up rooms that would never take a wood fireplace, such as a ground floor flat, a room under another storey or a lounge with a concrete slab roof. It also means no roof flashing to maintain through the Cape winter rain.

Does the Concept Mantle need a chimney?
No. It is a flueless gas fireplace, so there is no chimney or flue pipe. It does need a well ventilated room, and our installer checks the space and air flow before we connect anything.
What gas does it run on and who connects it?
It runs on LP gas from a cylinder. In South Africa the connection must be done by a registered gas installer, and our team handles the full installation and the compliance certificate for you.
