Picture one fire warming both the lounge and the dining room. That is the idea behind the Sentinel Ottawa Marvic 950 Tunnel, a double sided steel wood fireplace with glass at the front and the back. You see the flames from either side, and its 15kW output has the muscle to heat a large open-plan space. It can stand freestanding or be built into a wall between two rooms.

A true 2 way fireplace
The tunnel layout runs the firebox through the unit, so the fire is the centre of attention from both sides. Placed in a dividing wall or in the middle of an open-plan room, it links two spaces with one fire and saves you buying two stoves.
Wide and impressive
The unit measures 53.5 x 95 x 48 cm. The 95 cm width gives a long, low flame picture that suits modern homes and entertainment areas.
Strong, efficient heat
At 15kW, the Marvic 950 Tunnel is one of the more powerful wood fireplaces in our range. Our spec sheet lists 80% efficiency, so more of the heat stays in the room and you go through less wood over a winter. It connects to a 150 mm flue at the top.
