Description
The Euro Rheia L is a straightforward, hard-working wood fireplace for South African homes. It is a closed combustion fireplace, freestanding, with an output of 8 to 10kW, a steel body lined with vermiculite and a large Schott glass door. You get controllable heat, a clear view of the flame and much better use of your firewood than an open hearth.

Closed combustion saves wood
A closed combustion unit like this Rheia L fireplace can burn up to a third less wood than an open fire for the same heat. The sealed glass door also keeps sparks and embers safely inside, which matters with children and pets around.
Steel and vermiculite firebox
Steel heats up quickly, so the room warms soon after you light the fire. The vermiculite lining reflects heat back into the flames, which helps the wood burn hotter and cleaner.
Big Schott glass door
The large door uses Schott glass, made to handle high heat. It gives you a wide view of the fire and makes loading easy.
Compact and easy to place
At 45 x 39 x 76 cm and 68 kg, the Rheia L is easy to fit on a standard hearth. It uses a 150 mm top flue outlet, a common size that keeps the flue and roof work simple.
