Clean lines and glass on both faces make the Northern Flame Kenna 65 Double-Sided Ledge a natural room divider fireplace. Set on a plinth or a built ledge, it splits a lounge from a dining room or a passage while letting both sides see and feel the fire. The large Schott Robax windows have black borders that give it a crisp, designer look.

Glass you can see through
Schott Robax ceramic glass is made to handle high heat. On the Kenna 65 it fills both faces, so the fire becomes a window between two rooms. The black edging hides the frame and keeps the look minimal.
Clean and efficient
The firebox is lined with vermiculite and built to the Eco-Design 2022 standard for wood and smokeless fuel. That means much lower particle emissions than an open fire. Our listing rates it at 10kW with an output range of 4.8 to 13kW and an efficiency of 78.50%.
Designed for an easy install
The Kenna 65 comes with its own convection box, which pushes more warm air into the room and gives a clean finish around the unit. Each door is hinged on the right as standard, and we can rehang it to swing the other way. The handles lift off and stay cool, or you can screw them on permanently.

With a heating area of about 96.5 m², it suits a large lounge joined to a dining or family room. It needs a wall opening or open space between the two areas, and room for the hearth on both sides. Installation in Cape Town

Do I need a brick wall for a double sided fireplace?
Not always. The Kenna 65 can stand on a plinth in an open space, or sit in an opening between rooms. We look at your layout and advise the safest and neatest setup.
Can I load the Northern Flame Kenna 65 from both sides?
The Kenna 65 has a door on each face, so you can open either side. Most owners load from the side they use most and enjoy the view from the other.
