Floor space back
A wall mounted fireplace frees up the floor below it. You can run cleaning, furniture and floor finishes right to the wall, and the clean, uncluttered look works well with modern decor.
Cast iron firebox
The combustion chamber is cast iron, so it holds heat well and releases it evenly. Air intake vents let you set how fast the fire burns. Efficiency is rated at 71%.
Big logs, easy cleaning
The firebox takes logs of up to half a metre long, so there is less chopping. A cast iron grate lets air under the fire, and a removable ash pan makes cleaning out quick.
Size and flue
The Bavorov measures 43 x 69.1 x 53 cm and weighs 125 kg, with a 180 mm flue from the top. Ask us about having your flues sprayed black to match.

Can any wall hold a wall mounted cast iron fireplace?
No. At 125 kg the wall must be solid masonry or properly reinforced. Our installers check the wall first and advise if extra support is needed.
Does the Bavorov come with a warranty?
Yes, Hydrofire gives it a 5-year limited warranty.
Is it safe in a bedroom?
Yes, when installed with the correct flue and clearances. It is a closed fireplace, so smoke goes up the flue, not into the room.
