Easy self-assembly
All you need is an hour, a sturdy pair of gloves, pliers and a hammer. The flat pack fire pit kit is simple to put together and easy to store in its box until the season starts.
Made for wood
The Fireball is built to burn wood only and takes logs of roughly 30 centimetres. Keep the ash below the three air holes so the fire keeps drawing well.
Steel that ages with character
Made from mild steel, the Fireball oxidises naturally outdoors. The colour changes over time to a warm rusted finish, which is part of its design. The steel is also fully recyclable at the end of its life.

Safety first
Once lit, the steel shell runs extremely hot, so keep the Fireball outside. Set it down on paving, brick or bare ground that cannot burn, with plenty of space from fences, plants and furniture. How long does the Charnwood Fireball take to assemble?
About an hour. You need gloves, pliers and a hammer. Everything else comes in the box, and no welding or special skills are required.
Why is my Fireball changing colour?
Mild steel oxidises outdoors, so the Fireball develops a rust-coloured finish over time. That is normal and intended by Charnwood. It is part of the look of the piece.
