Control from one lever
Charnwood’s patented air control feeds the firebox from one lever, so you can open it up to get the fire going and then turn it down for a slow, even burn. That control is the reason the Cove 2 is known as one of the easier stoves to run, even for first-time owners.
Cleaner glass, cooler hands
An air wash system sweeps the inside of the glass to keep your view of the flames clear. The wooden door handle and the air control stay cool to the touch, which matters in a busy home with children around.
Built to fit your room
It measures 52 x 40.3 x 94.4 cm with the stand and weighs 133 kg. The flue can leave from the top or the rear on a 150mm flue, and an outside air intake option helps in tight, well-sealed homes. Rated efficiency is 74%.

It is offered as a Charnwood multi fuel stove or as a wood-only model. The wood-only version meets Eco-Design 2022 and is a special order. Tell us which fuel you plan to use and we will confirm the right version.
How hard is a log burner like the Cove 2 to control?
Not hard at all. The single air lever handles start-up and slow burning, and the steel and cast iron body responds quickly when you adjust it. Most owners settle into it within a few fires.
