Built-in log storage
The Maia Round has a storage compartment for firewood, so you no longer need a separate log basket next to the hearth. The room stays tidy and you can top up the fire without getting up to fetch wood.
Strong heat for big rooms
With 10kW of output and 75% efficiency, the Maia Round turns more of each log into warmth. Carbel lists a heating area of about 96 m2, enough for a large lounge or an open-plan living area.
Mild steel in anthracite grey
Mild steel heats up quickly, so the room gets warm soon after lighting. The anthracite grey finish suits light walls, timber floors and modern decor. The unit measures 53 x 38 x 100.5 cm and weighs about 90 kg.

How much wood fits in the Maia Round storage?
The compartment holds enough split logs for an evening of burning, so you only need to refill it now and then. We can show you the space on a photo before you order.
Does a round fireplace heat as well as a square one?
Yes. Heat depends on output and efficiency, not shape. The Maia Round gives 10kW at 75% efficiency, so it heats a large room just as well as a boxy stove.
