Description
If the view of the fire matters to you as much as the heat, the Canature Deco Maxi deserves a look. It is the largest model in the Deco family and has one of the biggest windows you will find on a wood fireplace of its size. Behind that glass is a deep firebox that takes 55 cm logs, so long evenings need fewer trips to the woodpile.
Canature Deco Maxi Fireplace Features
A wide window on the fire
As a large window fireplace, the glass front turns the flames into the centrepiece of the room. An airwash system sends air down the inside of the glass, which helps stop soot from building up so the view stays clear.
Built-in convection
A convection system draws cool air around the firebox and pushes warm air back into the room. Combined with primary and secondary combustion, the fire burns more completely and spreads heat more evenly through the space.
Steel body, vermiculite lining
The body is steel, with a vermiculite brick lining inside that reflects heat back into the fire. The unit weighs 135 kg and measures 45 x 75 x 74 cm. A 150 mm flue connects from the top or the rear.

Canature Deco Maxi FAQs
How long can the logs be?
The firebox comfortably loads 55 cm logs. That is longer than many fireplaces allow, so you spend less time cutting wood down to size.
Is the Deco Maxi the largest Canature Deco model?
Yes. It is the biggest member of the Deco range, with the largest firebox and window. Smaller Deco models suit compact rooms better.
