Five widths, one footprint depth
Choose 550 mm, 770 mm, 950 mm, 1150 mm or 1350 mm. On SAFire’s spec sheet each size is 53.5 cm deep and 53.9 cm high, with only the width growing. That makes it easy for your builder or kitchen fitter to plan the cut-out once you settle on a width.
Flexible gas cooking
SAFire offers flame variations on the ThreeOneSix grill, and a slide-in door keeps the front tidy. Light it, set the heat and cook. It is the kind of countertop gas BBQ you use for a quick midweek supper as easily as for a weekend lunch.
Add what you need
- Rotisserie: optional, for chicken, lamb or a rolled roast
- Extractor canopy and fan: optional, for covered patios where heat and smoke need help to escape
Stainless steel body
The drop-in grill is stainless steel, easy to wipe down and made for outdoor use. The spec sheet gives a weight of 75 kg, so make sure the counter is well supported. We can confirm the weight for your width.

How does the drop-in differ from the ThreeOneSix insert?
The drop-in sits into a countertop cut-out from above. The insert slides into a braai casing or wall opening from the front. Both use the ThreeOneSix grill, so pick the one that suits how your space is built.
Can I use a drop-in gas braai on a covered patio?
Yes, with good ventilation. On an enclosed or deeply covered patio we recommend the optional extractor canopy and fan, so heat and smoke move out and away from guests.
