The Kenna 100 Freestanding fireplace is a state-of-the-art model with a tall, modern design and a great price to suit all budgets! Its large Schott Robax glass window has an opaque black border which adds to its designer look. The door opens from the right but can also be reattached for your convenience so that it opens from the left. The door handle is removable and works like a ‘cold handle’, however it can be permanently attached using the screw provided on the inside of the door. It comes with its own convection box which enhances convection heat and allows for an easy installation with a clean finish. It’s modern design embraces efficiency, strength, and durability.
Heat is diffused by radiation and convection through the front and the exterior of the fireplace. The Primary air, Secondary air and the Air wash system are all controlled with one lever below the door, which gives you ultimate control of the fire. It comes with Secondary combustion which improves the efficiency of the burning process; allows for less fuel usage and less fuel emissions. A double baffle plate of stainless steel and vermiculite has been used for improved control and regulation of the up draught. This also helps the heat stay in the combustion chamber for longer and increases the heat output. There is improved performance and strength with a Vermiculite lined combustion chamber which prolongs the heat accumulation after the fire goes out. It also reinforces the ”clean glass” process by reflecting hot air towards the glass. The Kenna 100 Freestanding has a normal fuel consumption of 4.1kg per hour and the combustion chamber comfortably burns 50cm logs.
The Kenna 100 Freestanding is a dynamic model that is transformed from an insert unit into a freestanding unit with the addition of a stand. Choose the Wood Box Stand for easy, neat wood storage or the wider Bench stand for a minimalist design, with more storage space.
