The Abbraaiviation is a compact, table top braai with a difference. Its design is similar to a Korean-style Ceramic BBQ …… and the ladies will be present. No pressure boys! Your culinary expertise will be observed at the table at all times. So plan to impress! This is the perfect compact grilling solution that won’t take up too much space. So impress your guests with your ‘mad’ braai skills!

It’s designed for outdoor use under a covered patio; in the garden on the table top or at any coastal picnic spot. It’s extremely efficient for its convenient size and it is best fuelled by hardwood charcoal. The feet of the braai bowl are lined with non-slip cork. You can protect your table top surface further by using a ceramic tile or a large wooden chopping board under it when it is in use.

It is a completely self-contained product with no separate ash container needed. The ash is easily emptied when it is cooled and this should be done before the ash level reaches the air vents. The inside will naturally discolour with use, but the outside can be kept clean by using a damp cloth with a little ammonia cleaner. Avoid soaking the whole product in water or leaving it outside in the rain, as the ceramic is porous and should never be used when wet. The stainless steel grid is small enough to be washed in your dishwasher.

Included with this product is a small, ceramic braai in a plywood box, a ceramic fire grate and a stainless steel braai grid. Available in White, Gunmetal Grey, and Honey-Brown colour options.

The Abbraaiviation is obviously Proudly South African and is produced locally by people ‘who know how it’s meant to be done’. Comes with a limited 3 year warranty against heat damage.
